General Meeting & Picnic Lunch
 

At Lassen Volcanic National Park

Monday, August 23rd  at 10:00 a.m.

Cost $8.00 for Picnic Lunch (deli sandwich, chips, cookie, apple and water)
 

Form your own carpools, and don't forget your Golden Age Pass and ID
meet at the Lassen Park Visitors Center at 10:00 a.m.
Park Ranger Steve Zackery will give a presentation on the uniqueness of Lassen Park.
 
RSVP by placing your check payable to WACC AUX and your sandwich order forms
in the Firehouse Mailbox by Wednesday, Aug. 18th.

Friday, August 13

"Fire-wise Cleanup Day" at the community greenbelt parcel that wraps around the north end of the driving range (time to be announced).  Volunteers will pick up cut seedlings and other combustible debris, piling the debris for subsequent removal.
